Product Lifecycle

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle professional to manage and coordinate strategic product initiatives that support the Bank's digital business objectives, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic product initiatives, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and cost efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Ensure product initiatives are aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Product Lifecycle, or related roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or digital business is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and product development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage.
