The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 


Responsibilities

  • Product strategy & roadmap based on user insights
  • Address the product market dynamics & changing user behaviors
  • Develop user behavior modelling and create strong user story based on various analysis and data tracking
  • Propose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholders
  • Monitor product quality and ensure product is solving user journey (product quality beyond bugs/operation issue)
  • Decide on short-term solution as work around in order not to burden the current system; financial operations or customer operations, etc.
  • Accountable for achieving product success metric target


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or other related fields. Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy or Management Consulting, Advisory Services, or Corporate Strategy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions that could be in form of remedies / course-corrective actions and/or innovative solutions that are resolving fundamental pain points faced in the market
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive various growth projects
  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, synthesize learnings to strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts
  • A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
