Product Owner (Banking Industry)

Location: Alam Sutra, Tangerang

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Digital Banking / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.

Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management, including Epic, Feature, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Ready (DoR).

Experienced in Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

Strong ability in Requirement Analysis and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.

Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and managing different business/IT expectations.

Have a good understanding of Digital Banking / Corporate Banking, particularly transaction or payment processes.

Understand basic API / system integration concepts and able to communicate effectively with technical/development teams.

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutra, Tangerang.

Preferred:

Experience handling products/features related to Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking.

Experience working with financial transaction, payment, or approval workflows.
