IT Project Manager for Banking Industry

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, IT Project Coordinator, or similar role. 
• Mandatory experience managing Cyber Security projects, such as Cyber Threat Management, Security Operations, SOC, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, IAM, Security Monitoring, or Infrastructure Security. 
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects within the banking, digital banking, fintech, or financial services industry. 
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall). 
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Business, Security, Infrastructure, Development, QA, DevOps, and external vendors. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. 
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, timeline management, risk management, and issue resolution. 
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar. 
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. 
• Good understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, security governance, risk management, vulnerability management, and security compliance. 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). 
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
