KOL & Affiliate Specialist (Beauty Brands)

About the Role

We're looking for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist to help grow our beauty brands through strategic creator partnerships and affiliate initiatives.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and managing KOLs and creators, developing affiliate opportunities, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

You'll work closely with the Brand and Social Media teams to build strong creator partnerships and turn them into impactful campaigns and business results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute KOL and affiliate strategies for our beauty brands.
• Identify, source, and manage relevant KOLs, influencers, and affiliate creators.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators.
• Plan and execute KOL seeding, gifting, and affiliate campaigns.
• Reach out to creators and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage campaign execution from creator selection and outreach to content delivery and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to grow and optimize the affiliate network and creator performance.
• Monitor campaign and affiliate performance, including content output, engagement, and sales/GMV.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and provide insights for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, creator landscape, TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate trends.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing KOL or creator campaigns from planning to execution.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of social media and creator trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing priorities independently.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and social media.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
• Existing network of beauty KOLs, influencers, or affiliate creators.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms or creator management tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate commission structures, and creator-driven sales.
• Experience tracking campaign performance and using data to optimize creator partnerships.
