Business Assurance & Performance

Job Desc : 

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end CRM and customer engagement initiatives. 
• Manage customer communication campaigns across multiple CRM channels. 
• Develop campaigns based on customer lifecycle, behavioral segmentation, and business objectives. 
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Conduct testing and optimization to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field. 
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Direct Response Marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and behavioral segmentation. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
