Growth & Partnerships Manager

Kenzap is looking for an independent, outcome-driven digital marketer to help grow Kenzap Nesting, a desktop application for macOS and Windows.

Launched in April 2026, the app is already seeing organic adoption, particularly in Turkey, India, Argentina, the United States, and Malaysia. It helps production engineers reduce material waste through an accessible interface and an efficient polygon placement algorithm.

Although initially designed for sheet metal production, the app is also being used in areas such as footwear cutting and other manufacturing workflows. It is free to use and can be combined with ERP systems to improve company quotation processes.

Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, adoption, and engagement. You will have the freedom to develop and test suitable marketing channels, content, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work remotely and manage their own time.
• Focuses on measurable outcomes rather than activity.
• Is curious about manufacturing, automation, and production software.
• Can communicate with engineers, business owners, and industry communities.
• Is interested in developing deep industry knowledge over the long term.

The position includes a fixed base payment and a revenue-sharing opportunity. We are looking for a long-term collaborator who can grow together with the product.
