In brief: Indonesian chatbot startup Halosis nets $1.2m from angel investors
- Indonesia’s Halosis, a chatbot startup using natural language processing, received US$1.2 million from angel investors in February, Slator reported.
- It plans to raise funds through a series A round later this year or early next year.
- Halosis, which was supported by Google Launchpad and the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s IDX Incubator, offers virtual assistant services to more than 3,000 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the country.
