Okhome, an Indonesia-based home care service, raised a US$3 million series A round from Posco Venture Capital, A Ventures, ES Investor, Honest Ventures, and Enlight Ventures.

Launched in 2017 by South Korean founder Daehyun Kim, Okhome offers various kinds of home care services, including general cleaning, disinfection, and air conditioner maintenance. It currently covers the Greater Jakarta and Surabaya areas.
Without disclosing any specific numbers, the company said in a statement that its business is growing due to a surge in people that want to keep their homes safe amid the pandemic.
Okhome plans to use the fresh funds for marketing, as well as to launch additional services.
In 2018, the startup raised US$300,000 in seed funding from K Cube Ventures and Spring Camp. At the time, Okhome acquired more than a thousand customers and served 2,000 transactions.
