It was a rocky 2022 for NFTs, to say the least. After starting off white hot, hype for the digital assets went up in smoke toward the end of the year.
However, Giang Tran – founder and CEO of Aura Network – believes that NFTs are here to stay. The company, which operates a platform for accelerating global NFT adoption, has raised US$4 million to help make that happen.
Based in Vietnam, Aura Network helps companies develop projects through its ecosystem. It aims to build a one-stop shop for minting, evaluating, and transacting NFTs.
Capital from the round, co-led by Hashed and Coin98 Ventures, will be used to expand Aura Network’s ecosystem and support global Web3 projects and products. It plans to release several new products soon, with more information to be shared in its 2023 roadmap.
Blockchain projects including GuildFi, Istari Ventures, and Republic Crypto joined the round, as well as a clutch of angel investors.
