Hello reader,

Welcome to the age of AI.

It certainly feels like the case – everyone, everywhere, seems to be doing something with the tech. It’s dominating headlines, as well as funding. As of October, AI startups have raised some US$192.7 billion in VC funding this year.

Indeed, the top 2 startups on our list this week are AI companies, and there are three such firms on this list of five.

It’s pretty clear that AI is here to stay, and we’re at a pivotal point in time for both society and tech. My only hope is that we don’t lose sight of what makes us human, and that we find a balance between tech and humanity.

You can find all other important investment deals that happened in the last few days in our weekly funding news wrap-up.

Let’s dive into the biggest deals that recently took place.
