Founded by Eran Heffetz, Tal Nagler Almog, and Hagai Horovitz in 2017, Bites helps companies create onboarding and training materials for their employees. The content is then distributed through communication channels such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp.
The platform currently boasts over 200,000 users from 500 companies, including prominent global firms such as Unilever, HP, and H&M. Its offerings are also used by small and medium-sized enterprises in the food and beverage, lifestyle, and cleaning service industries.
The company plans to use the fresh funds to execute its aggressive go-to-market plans, which involves approaching retailers, consumer goods companies, and healthcare providers, among others.
