- India-based education tech giant Byju’s has received US$150 million in a funding round led by sovereign wealth fund Qatar Investment Authority, The Economic Times reported.
- Edtech investor Owl Ventures also participated in the round, marking the two backers’ first investment in an Indian startup.
- Byju’s plans to use the fresh investment to bankroll its global expansion and the creation of more learning products.
