Fintech firm Endowus names ex-Deutsche Bank exec as chief advisory officer
Singapore-based Endowus, a platform that gives investors access to investments in supplementary retirement scheme savings, has appointed banking veteran Wei Mei Tan as its chief advisory officer.
Experience:
- Tan brings with her over 20 years of financial market experience, having held senior leadership roles at banks such as Credit Suisse and UBS Wealth Management.
- She most recently served as global co-head of advisory and investment solutions at Deutsche Bank, helping the company build its wealth advisory platform while acting as managing director.
More details:
- In her new role, Tan will help drive strategic initiatives as well as build portfolio strategies and fund selections.
- The appointment comes after Endowus raised US$17 million in a series A round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners earlier this year. It plans to use the funds to scale up its Singapore business and expand into other markets in the region, such as Hong Kong.
