The funds will be used for expanding the startup’s team and entering new verticals.
Founded in 2021, Lista aims to help Filipino merchants and individuals better manage, save, and grow their finances. The app lets users track the flow of their money and see their profits and savings in real time.
“We continue to grow organically at a very accelerated pace, but we also seek out opportunities beyond what we are doing,” said co-founder Aaron Villegas in a statement.
Lista said that it has over a million downloads and that it seeks to strengthen its position in the market while broadening its product offerings beyond financial management. The firm plans to introduce more financial services such as payments and credit to promote financial inclusion among Filipinos.
