East Ventures-backed Social Bella secures $56m in latest round
Indonesia’s Social Bella, a beauty and personal care tech startup that claims to have served over 42 million users last year, said it has raised US$56 million as part of its latest round.

- Social Bella plans to use the funds to further its growth and product development efforts in the Southeast Asian region following the expansion of its business-to-consumer arm Sociolla into Vietnam last year.
- L Catterton’s participation in the round marks its first investment in Indonesia.
- According to Social Bella, since its establishment in 2015, it has expanded to have 21 omnichannel stores across nine cities in Indonesia and one in Ho Chi Minh.
- Social Bella’s latest round follows its US$58 million series E raise last year, which included participation from Temasek, Pavilion Capital, and Jungle Ventures.
