The company seeks to bring more transparency into the real estate market by providing home seekers with concrete guidance on which property agent to choose and in which area to buy or rent.
HomeSyte also offers pricing insights for houses and land per district in major cities of Vietnam so that potential buyers and renters can compare offers they see online against the price in each area.
This also allows users to evaluate if the asking price is in line with similar properties in that area or if they are potentially overpaying.

“Finding professional and trustworthy agents and the right city or district to buy or rent property based on actual housing prices, however, is still very challenging as that information is not easily available. That’s where we are trying to help by providing home seekers with two sets of data points,” said Benjamin Gajkowski, founder and CEO of HomeSyte. Gajkowski was the former vice president of Mediacorp, the Singapore-based mass media conglomerate.
