A correspondent for Reuters wrote in a LinkedIn post that the road show for the offer begins with Siam Commercial Bank as the lead underwriter. If the financial debut pushes through, aCommerce would be among the first tech startups to go public in the country.

Founded in 2013, aCommerce provides its clients with end-to-end ecommerce solutions, such as those for omnichannel retail, performance marketing, and channel management.

It was founded by Paul Srivorakul (group CEO), Tom Srivorakul (group chief revenue officer), and John Srivorakul (former chief technology officer). Since its establishment, the company has onboarded global clients such as Microsoft, Adidas, Samsung, and Unilever.

The company recently announced the appointment of three independent non-executive directors to its board leading up to its IPO. This includes Kesara Manchusree, who was the first managing director of the Thailand Futures Exchange and the former president of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
