DC Universe Online for Southeast Asia just got a whole lot more exciting, thanks to new downloadable content (DLC) released last week. The nine new content packs allow you to play through various scenarios, such as ensuring Barry Allen becomes The Flash, or fighting alongside the Lanterns.
The content packs also come with special items and even different modes of play, such as in The Last Laugh package, where players can duke it out in 8v8 fights. More information on each content package can be found here.

Memberships have also been introduced to the game. The basic first level of membership allows free access to the game as well as updates and patches. Premium players get bonus game features like in-game trading, more inventory space, and expanded character slots. Legendary players, the highest membership tier, have all of the above, plus access to all DLC, for free.
Legendary membership can be purchased for $12 or 1200 DCUO cash points for 30 days, or $32.40 or 3240 DCUO cash points for 90 days. Premium membership is awarded upon cumulative spend of $5 or 500 cash points, while DLC packages are priced at $8 or 800 cash points each. This means simply buying one DLC package will get you premium membership, which for the discerning DCUO fan is not a bad deal at all.
