Temus, a Singapore-based digital transformation firm, has acquired local digital services provider Decision Science Agency (DS). This marks the former’s second acquisition – it purchased Dreamcloud, a startup specializing in low-code software development, last year.
In addition, Temus announced that it has opened a new office in Hong Kong – its first outside Singapore.
DS has over 70 employees across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. The acquisition brings over DS founder Collin Ang as Temus’ new managing director.
Srijay Ghosh, founding member and chief revenue officer of Temus, said that DS and Ang’s “deep knowledge and experience in agile app development will greatly enhance our ability to deliver high value applications for government and commercial sectors.”
Temus was established through a collaboration between Singapore state-owned investor Temasek and US-based digital services firm UST. The latter became a unicorn after a US$250 million investment from Temasek.
