Cross Gathering hosts fighting game tournaments for Surabaya Toys and Anime Fair 2014

Indonesia based gaming organizer, Cross Gathering, will be hosting two fighting game tournaments this coming February 8 during the Surabaya Toys and Anime Fair 2014.

Players can go head to head in one-on-one tournaments for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 or Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition. The Tekken Tag Tournament 2 matches will be decided by a best of five, 80 second rounds in a single elimination tournament. Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on the other hand will be decided by a best of three, 99 second rounds in a double elimination tournament.

If one-on-one battles aren’t your thing, Cross Gathering will also be hosting a Tekken Tag Tournament 2 three-on-three community battle the following day on February 9th. Each community is allotted, but will be given an extra two slots if need be.

Cross Gathering will also host exhibition matches on the 9th along with the scheduled tournament.

February 8th’s one-on-one tournaments do have a registration fee of Rp. 30,000 ($2.46), but the community battles are absolutely free. For more info, you can visit the Cross Gathering facebook page.
