Evernote is great for many things, but for specialist uses that involve lots of photos and categorization it would just be a pain. That’s why China-based startup Zushou365, which focuses on online real estate platforms, has launched a nice-looking app called SuiShouFang. It’s designed for realtors to categorize their available properties, replete with lots of photos, and have it sync across workmates.
From what I’ve seen of real estate agents in China, they’re reliant on desktop PC-based databases, and once they’re out on the road with a client, they’re reliant on their shaky, nicotine-fueled memory for the details of the property you’re visiting. It’s pretty much the same the world over if you replace nicotine with caffeine or something.

So SuiShouFang, in addition to its cloud syncing, makes the entire database of properties available to realtors and agents in the app straight on their iPhones or Android devices. It seems especially useful for second-hand or rental properties as it also gives fast access to things like calling the property’s landlord.All the data in the app is accessible offline.
In three months since being launched, SuiShouFang has so far attracted 68,000 realtors as registered members across China, with a total of 1.5 million agents making use of it. The next step is to monetize from all those small- to medium-sized business who deal in real estate. The core app will remain free, but some more advanced things will eventually become premium features.
