Morning, which has a presence in countries like Hong Kong, Canada, and the UK, will use the fresh funds to expand further internationally.
Founded in 2018, Morning offers a specialty coffee capsule machine that comes with a precision-brewing technology. Besides selling coffee machines, the startup also runs a platform called the Morning Marketplace that showcases capsule coffee from roasters around the world.
The first 1,000 units of the Morning Machine sold out within six months of its launch in 2020. The startup has another 1,300 units in back orders to be fulfilled via a second production run this month.
