Hello there,
I’ve been writing this weekly newsletter for a while now, and it used to be that we’d easily have three or more M&A deals to include in every edition. Recently, though, these have been slowing down – there’s only one today, for example, and a few weeks ago there were none. I suppose that reflects the general wintery mood of the tech scene and the economy at large.

That said, funding deals are still being closed, and not for peanut sums either. A lot of VCs talk about there still being a lot of “dry powder” in the market, and that certainly seems to be the case.
Let’s see how things shake out in the weeks and months to come.
You can find all other important investment deals that happened in the last few days in our weekly funding news wrap-up.

Let’s dive into the biggest deals and M&As that recently took place.
