AnyMind Group has introduced cross-border shipping and fulfillment capabilities on its logistics management platform, AnyLogi.
The firm aims to enable Asian enterprises and online retailers to tap into the global cross-border e-commerce market, which Juniper Research estimated to be worth US$2.1 trillion this year.
Retailers on Shopify and Rakuten can use the new function, which will later be available on other platforms such as Shopee.
Sellers can connect their online stores to AnyLogi, which automatically obtains shipping information, suggests suitable vendors based on shipping costs and arrival dates, and issues package labels and commercial invoices.
The company is also developing automated international returns services to further streamline the process for overseas customers of AnyLogi users.
The Japan-based ecommerce enabler recently went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market after delaying the plan in December 2022 due to market risks.
Originally known as AdAsia Holdings, AnyMind was founded in Singapore in April 2016. It now has 19 offices in 13 markets across Southeast Asia, East Asia, India, and the Middle East.
