10 Games That Made Their China Debut at ChinaJoy This Year

jpegThis year’s ChinaJoy is all wrapped up now. But those of us that missed it didn’t just miss lots of cool cosplay, we also missed some new games! Luckily, QQ Games has compiled a list of ten of the hottest games that made their China debut at this year’s ChinaJoy. They are:

  1. Heaven 2: The sequel to the popular 3D fantasy game (also sometimes called Changchun) developed by Korea’s WeMade.
  2. FIFA Online 3: The free-to-play MMO version of EA Sports’ popular soccer game isn’t a surprise, but during ChinaJoy EA announced a partnership with Tencent Games to bring the popular game to China.
  3. Numerous Gods Struggle for Dominance: A MOBA game from Tencent Games, since everyone seems to be getting into the MOBA spirit these days. (The English name here is just my rough translation of the Chinese; the game doesn’t seem to have an official English name yet).
  4. Dungeon Striker: A 3D MMORPG from South Korea’s Eyedentity Games.
  5. PK Online: As the name suggests, an online fighting game from Shanda and Kunlun Games.
  6. Crisis: Crisis 2015: The redundantly-named Crisis is the name of the mysterious Netease first-person shooter I’ve been interested in for a while now.
  7. Transformers: Legends: The popular Mobage card battle mobile game is coming to China…
  8. Asphalt 8: …as is Asphalt 8, an upcoming mobile racing game from Gameloft.
  9. Uncle Eggs: A new mobile game from Keiji Inafune (who you may know as the illustrator and co-designer of Mega Man).
  10. Battle of Gods:A mobile RPG apparently based on Western mythology from China’s GY Games (I think; information on this one is a little sparse).

Of course none of these are actually playable in China just yet…but which ones are you most excited to play first?
