For the first workshop of their workshop series, venture accelerator iAxil will bring in Francis Tay, Director of Singapura Management to speak on “How To Create and Sustain A Bankable Business”.
Workshop Objectives
The objective of the workshop is to provide business owners, managers, senior executives and entrepreneurs with the methodologies, tools, framework and knowhow to create a bankable business as well as to develop, grow and sustain it. The workshop also provides participants the opportunity to evaluate their own businesses that are already in operations or to evaluate new business ideas and concepts. The interactive nature of the workshop allows participants to seek inputs and ideas from the trainer as well as from other participants.
About The Speakers
Francis Tay, Director of Singapura Management
Singapura Management has been in the business of providing corporate services and business services, e.g. market entry consulting, to local and foreign SMEs based in Singapore for more than 35 years. Francis’ experience in international markets and SME business stretches back more than 20 years. His operational experience includes running the marketing and overseas implementation services division at Global Business Insights Pte Ltd (GBI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IE Holdings dealing with market entry consulting; senior positions in IE Singapore overseeing and managing teams responsible for the overseas development of Singapore’s exporting sectors; and centre director positions at IE’s overseas offices in the US and UK.
