The yearly voting period for Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) honourees is here again. Now in its 7th year, SOE has been recognizing entrepreneurs from all industries so that they may serve as an inspiration to potential entrepreneurs. This year, there are 117 nominees.
These 117 nominees hail from various industries, including the health, retail, hotel, entertainment, food & beverage, publishing, industrial, banking, finance, services, manufacturing, software, biotech, education, trading, shipping & transport, property & architecture, insurance and IT industries.
Votes can be cast online and/or via SMS. Voting for the Awards will end on 31 August 2009. The online voting and SMS system will facilitate the election process, with results be announced in November 2009.
In conjunction with this year’s Awards, a new collection of entrepreneurial success stories will be published as the latest in the SOE “Books On Entrepreneurship” series. This book will be released in November this year.
