Intro:
Okay, so let’s kinda get into it.

You know, I think everybody always thinks and talks about ideas, when, really, what they should be thinking about is problems.

Problems dictate ideas, right? So, you don’t wanna run around kinda being obsessed with your, like, idea or solution. You really wanna be focused on the problem. The problem tends to be the limiting factor for any kind of idea, so really, if you want to find the next big idea, you really wanna look for, like, the next big problem.

Once you have a problem, then you can kind of hone in on what the actual, like, solution and idea is. So, people talk a lot about ideas a lot, but really, they should be talking about problems.

Categorizing the problems:
One thing that I think about is, there are different types of problems. So, I typically categorize problems into four buckets. So, there are some problems that are easy to solve, and some problems that are hard to solve.
