Founded in 2019 by Sayed Muhammad and Jeffry Jouw, USS Networks builds various businesses around the lifestyle and pop culture sector, covering verticals such as content creation, offline activity, community engagement, and retail sales.
The company currently has 15 intellectual properties (IPs) and brands that include Urban Sneaker Society, USS Feed, Outbrake, Creativox, Menjadi Manusia, and Sonderlab.
In a statement, USS Networks said that it has been profitable since its establishment. In 2021, it doubled revenue and profit compared to the previous year, and it aims to see an annual growth of 3x by the end of this year.
The firm plans to use the fresh funding to acquire more IPs and brands. Earlier this year, it acquired fashion brand Raw Type Riot and NFT project Karafuru.
