Strive (formerly Gree Ventures) and existing investor SeedPlus also participated in the round.
Through machine learning and AI, Travelstop customizes the business travel experience to reduce the time needed to search and book flights. The startup plans to use the new investment to further develop its technology and drive adoption in Asia.
As part of the investment, Accel’s Prashanth Prakash will be joining Travelstop’s board of directors.
Additionally, the startup announced its partnership with travel unicorn Traveloka to bolster its inventory of flights and hotels for Asian business travelers.
The partnership is expected to roll out in the next few months, along with other features, such as 24/7 travel disruption management and insurance services.
