With the Grab x WeWork Pass, Grab for Business clients will be able to access WeWork’s co-working spaces across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. There, they will be able to use the fully equipped workspace, conference rooms, and meeting rooms, among others.
WeWork said these spaces are kept clean in compliance with the company’s enhanced standards, which have been implemented in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. These include the more frequent disinfection of common areas, wider separation between seating and the establishment of buffer zones, and the strategic placement of signage and way-finding directions.
Aside from providing access to WeWork’s spaces, the pass will also plug clients into a network of business services, including those that can help them reduce capital expenses and allow them to access business class amenities.
The offer is currently available in the cities of Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Manila, and Singapore. The free trial can be redeemed only once per company, with a 10-desk office as a company’s maximum size.
Earlier this year, it was reported that WeWork is mulling over going through with its IPO via a special purpose acquisition company deal. The SoftBank-backed firm had its first unsuccessful attempt at going public in 2019.
