Events for Singaporean Entrepreneurs & Investors from May to July 2006

For the aspiring entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, most of the major entrepreneurial events in Singapore are starting to happen within the next three months.

1. 7th Start-Up @Singapore Finals & Prize Awards Ceremony

Date: 3 Jun 2006 (Sat)
Venue: Raffles City Convention Centre, Level 3
Time: 3.00pm – 5.00pm

2. ACE Bluesky Festival 2006

Date: 27 – 28 Jul 2006 (Thurs – Fri)
Venue: Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre
Organized by: Action Community for Entrepreneurship
GOH: Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports and Second Minister for Trade & Industry

The theme of the festival this year “Singapore and Beyond” focuses on the vast opportunities available to entrepreneurs in the region and seeks to promote Singapore as a location to connect local and foreign entrepreneurs. The festival expects to attract some 600 participants, including entrepreneurs from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
