Etaily, an ecommerce solutions firm based in the Philippines, has expanded its operations into Singapore, hot on the heels of its US$17.8 million series A funding six months ago.
Founded in 2020, the company helps global brands enter Southeast Asia’s ecommerce scene. Its clients include Levi’s, Crocs, Fila, Skechers, and L’Oreal.
In Singapore, the company plans to serve existing brands and bring in new ones, “either from Etaily’s ecosystem or brands developed by [the] BrandLabs unit,” co-founder and CEO Alexander Friedhoff said in a statement.
Etaily’s infrastructure covers various aspects of online commerce, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer apps, and social commerce. Its suite of services comprise BrandSuite for brand management, Etaily Studios for livestreaming, and Etaily Society for influencer collaborations.
The company’s flagship platform, Etaily Clarity, is a “central hub” connected to platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, as well as Google and Meta ad platforms.
Since it was established in 2020, Etaily has raised close to US$24 million in disclosed funding. Among its investors are Temasek subsidiary Pavilion Capital, Ayala Ventures, and Gobi Partners.

Correction (May 30, 7:40 p.m. SGT): The article mentioned that Etaily was present in Malaysia and Indonesia. However, before Singapore, it only operated in the Philippines. We regret the error.
