Set up in 2012, Daraz has its own online marketplace and logistics business that target customers in South Asia. The company, which also operates in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Myanmar, claims to have over 10 million products in more than 100 categories.
After being acquired by Alibaba Group in 2018, Daraz has leveraged the Chinese giant’s experience in ecommerce, fintech, and logistics to spur growth.
