What’s it like to work at a startup in SEA as a foreigner? [Ask TIA]

First off, I’m a big fan of Tech in Asia! I’ve been reading it for a while. I’m from Europe and have experience working as a product manager for a “social listening” mobile app (acquired). I’m also a fan of Southeast Asia, visited a couple of times already.

So my questions are:

• Is it possible to work at a startup there as a foreigner?
• Does it pay okay, what to expect?
