We’re Qin En, Ying Cong and Oswald (from left to right) and we’re the co-founders of Glints, a career discovery & development platform. Glints is on a mission to help Millennials discover their career interests through interesting internships, jobs, career resources, mentorship and courses. At the same time, we help employers hire the right talent faster, because we curate our talent community.

We’re one of the youngest in Southeast Asia to have raised venture capital funding from amazing investors including East Ventures, 500 Startups, Infocomm Investments, SPH Media Fund, 8capita among others; and we are known to be the nightmare of Asian parents, having given up our full-ride scholarships and stopped out of Stanford, Wharton (Penn) & UC Berkeley.
