Hello founders! For the month of March, we’re bringing a product related topic for our founders meetup in Singapore.
This month, we have the TradeGecko’s Product Manager, Evgeny Lazarenko which will give a keynote presentation on “Product Discovery – Build and Validate in Real Time”.
Evgeny will be talking about dual-track Agile, and will focus on product discovery. He will share a product management toolkit that has helped him extend Agile feedback loops beyond the engineering team and provide customers and executive stakeholders with a voice on every iteration.
