Hello readers,
Happy International Workers’ Day!
I know I’m just some guy who writes newsletters (among other things), but it’s imperative that you do exactly what I’m about to tell you:
Take a break. Pat yourself on the back for the good work you’ve done, then go lie down for a while so you can come back later and do even better.
Once you’ve had a good rest, we’ll be here to catch you up on what happened while you were away for a day or even a month. For example (in case you blinked and missed it), the top fundraiser this week, Urban Company, is the twelfth startup in India to join the unicorn club this year – and we’re barely into the second quarter.
You can find all other important investment deals that happened in the last few days in our weekly funding news wrap-up.

Let’s dive into the biggest deals and M&As that recently took place.
