In brief: Singapore’s Nestia rolls out umbrella-sharing service
Nestia has launched a new project – shared umbrellas.
Saying it wants to make life in Singapore simple, Nestia now offers ready access to umbrellas at many locations throughout the city-state.
All you need is your phone and a minute.

Users can rent umbrellas using the Nestia app and pay a deposit of US$7.15 for each rental. A fee of US$0.65 is deducted for every 24 hours. After clients return the umbrella, the unused deposit will be immediately refunded.
For further convenience, users can drop off the rentals at any of the 12 Nestia umbrella stations.
