1. Green Bullet | China

Chinese mobile startup Dianxin – which is called Tapas in English – has today shown off its Android 4.0 ROM, which is ready to be ‘flashed’ onto a number of Android phones to give users a taste of ‘ice-cream sandwich,’ the very newest flavor of Google’s mobile OS…
3. Openbar | Hong Kong
The app comes from Mercury Media Limited, a Hong Kong-based team of four people who work in mobile and web production. Julien Hauss of Mercury tells me that even though the team has limited resources, they had ambitions hopes for Openbar to more than just a directory application…
4. Maketion | China
The Chinese startup Maketion has released a suitably primp and business-like app called Pulse Business Card, for iPhone and Android, which can do some remarkably magical scanning. Claiming a 100 percent success rate at recognizing and saving contact data from your business cards, it does all this with the user just pressing one button – the camera’s shutter.
