Indonesian proptech startup closes pre-series A round led by Tryb
Gradana, a Indonesian proptech and fintech platform focused on mortgage and property-related financing, secured an undisclosed amount in a pre-series A round led by Singapore’s Tryb Group.
The funding will enable Gradana to expand into more cities in Indonesia and speed up its product development efforts.

“Buying or renting a property in Indonesia generally requires a significant down payment or upfront payment that limits the ability of many borrowers to afford the units,” said Gradana co-founder and CEO Angela Oetama.
The startup looks to solve this problem by aggregating developers, agents, investors, and banks, making property investments more accessible and affordable.
Gradana currently offers four products for lenders and borrowers: GraDP/GraStrata for property purchase financing, GraSewa for rental bridging loans, GraRenov for renovation and interior design financing, and GraKarya, an invoice-based financing solution for property-related vendors.
