There is no hiatus for Southeast Asian Dota 2 teams following The International 2014 (TI4) as Starladder TV (SLTV) partners with Egamingbets to host the Starladder SEA preseason tournament. From August 9 to 14, fans can watch SEA Dota 2 action featuring Titan, Arrow, and Invasion from Malaysia, Execration from the Philippines, Rave from Korea, MiTH-Trust from Thailand, and Immunity from Australia. The tournament will have a $5,000 prize pool with the champion receiving $2,500 and the second and third placers receiving $1,500 and $1,000 respectively.
Based on the announcement, the SEA preseason is not part of Starladder X and is most likely different from the SEA Division announced during Starladder IX. Streams, brackets, and schedules can be found here.
