Operational staff often rely on messaging platforms for daily work but must manually transfer that data into enterprise systems. This duplication leads to inefficiencies, human error, and slower processes that limit a company’s ability to scale.

Breezlab develops AI-powered tools that automate daily operations directly from chat platforms. It aims to make advanced AI practical for non-technical users by integrating with existing workflows.

The company’s core products are:

• BreezDoc: Automates the processing of invoices and forms, converting them into structured data for enterprise systems.
• BreezChat: Turns conversations on platforms like WhatsApp into actionable tasks such as ordering, approvals, and service coordination.
