Called Supply Chain Resilience Accelerator, the program will support 20 startups with high growth potential that can strengthen local and global supply chains from Singapore.
Startups specializing in supply chain solutions for end-to-end visibility, automation, analytics, and sustainability may apply for the accelerator.
“Piloting outside tech can be an incredibly efficient way to test viable solutions to big problems, provided you de-risk and design for scale,” said Angela Noronha, director for open innovation at Rainmaking. “Our program does precisely this by helping corporate decision-makers and startups work on compelling business opportunities, anticipate operational risks, and ultimately co-create solutions fit for wider industry adoption.”
Shortlisted startups will be mentored by Rainmaking and will undergo startup-corporate engagements to drive scalable pilot programs and investment opportunities.
Currently, Rainmaking is in talks with corporate partners that can run pilot programs from Singapore. Solutions with successful outcomes may also be adopted by relevant corporations, the company said in a statement. Cargill, a firm that decarbonizes food supply chains, is one of the selected corporate partners.

As part of the program, Rainmaking will host a virtual insight-sharing event in July for partners keen to participate in the initiative and a “Deal Friday” session to connect businesses, investors, and selected startups with investment and partnership opportunities.
