While Ruangguru’s main focus is preparing students for local university education, Schoters helps them gear up for undergraduate and postgraduate studies overseas. Meanwhile, Kalananti helps children between five and 12 years old learn how to code.

With the deal, Schoters’ educational tools will be available to Ruangguru users. Founded in 2018, Schoters also offers college enrollment consulting and overseas education preparation programs.

On the other hand, Ruangguru is tapping Kalananti, which offers three coding training programs, to add more verticals to its education portfolio.

Ruangguru said its services are accessed 200 million times each month, attracting a total of 38 million users.
