Shortlist for Australia’s Optus-Innov8 Seed Program announced

Optus Innov8 Seed Program, a startup accelerator in Australia, has announced that ten startups have been shortlisted to join their program. They have been invited to pitch at a Winter Pitch Event held on 31st July. The program will last from 3 to 6 months.

Here’s the shortlist:

To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a registered company in Australia, be a digital or tech business, have an existing prototype, an established team, and an investor presentation.

The accelerator is a collaboration between Singapore’s SingTel Innov8 and Australia’s Optus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SingTel. It was launched about a month ago, and had been calling for applications since. Selected companies will be given up to A$250,000 (US$256,000) in seed funding.
