Singapore-based Noco-noco, a decarbonization solutions provider, has started trading on Nasdaq as of Monday, operating under the ticker symbol NCNC.
The company, a unit of Japan-based 3Dom Alliance, made its public debut following its merger with Prime Number Acquisition I Corp, a US-based special purpose acquisition company.
Noco-noco’s primary product is a battery that incorporates its in-house separator known as X-SEPA. The company said its proprietary tech helps improve the performance, durability, and heat resistance of batteries typically used for air and land mobility.
The firm aims to build circular economies by offering these batteries as part of a shared service model. After their use in electric vehicles, these batteries can be repurposed to power homes and businesses, extending their lifecycle and reducing waste.

In April, the company signed a deal with Japanese bus operator Kyushu Sanko Group to decarbonate its vehicles. Noco-noco also formed a similar partnership with EV firm Assemblepoint for an electric minibus project in the Philippines.
