Singapore-based B2B marketplace EkkBaz said it is eyeing a US$2 million raise in a seed funding round.

The company wrote on Tech in Asia‘s fundraising list that it has seen its revenues balloon 46% in the last 12 months. Its total gross merchandise value also spiked 200x within the same timeframe, the firm said.
Established last year, EkkBaz helps small businesses fill inventories, provides access to financial aid, and allows firms to operate their businesses digitally. Its suite of services include a buy now, pay later product as well as warehousing and logistics solutions.
In October this year, the company joined the Singapore FinTech Association, working with the group to adopt and contribute to best practices within the country’s fintech industry.
EkkBaz was founded by Enam Chowdhury and Zobaida Sultana. Chowdhury acts as the company’s CEO and previously served as chair for Singapore IT firm Enam. Sultana, meanwhile, now serves as managing director of EkkBaz after holding the same position at Enam.
