SG professional services firm eyes $350k seed raise
Singapore-based Auptimate, a startup that helps investment funds and special purpose vehicles launch faster, is seeking US$350,000 in seed funding.

Auptimate provides a range of services that help investment vehicles in aspects ranging from incorporation to compliance and fund administration.
The professional services firm said its products are designed for a variety of clients, including individual investors, family offices, startup founders, and fund managers.
On Tech in Asia’s fundraising list, the company wrote that it has 45 clients and prospects so far after three months of operations, logging annual recurring revenue of US$75,000.
Auptimate was founded this year by Gerald Pasquier (CEO), Brandon Doffing (CPO), Davin Dedhia (CMO), and Olivier Too (COO).
